Hi All –
(Non-resident homeowners should please pass this to tenants.)
I followed up with the Town about the (now) two piles of trash in our common area. They should be removed this week.
Our regular bulk pickup is still scheduled for the Tuesday of the third full week of the month. The next one is September 16.
Please, let’s try to avoid this problem in the future:
– Follow all the Town’s rules for Bulk Waste.
— In particular, “do not mix regular trash or yard debris with bulk items scheduled for pickup.”
– Place your items in front of your home, not in our common areas.
– Place them shortly before pick-up day, not weeks earlier.
– If moving out or moving in, the Town may be able to give you a special pick-up. Call 843-851-4225.
We can discuss this at the annual meeting in October and the Board can follow up with guidance as required.
